You will lead Schreiber's European Retail and COMAN Sales, shaping a growth-focused commercial agenda across Europe. You’ll steer multi-market teams, align with global objectives, and drive profitable growth, partnerships, and market expansion. The role combines strategy, account leadership, pricing, and cross-functional influence to deliver sustainable value for retailers, co-manufacturers, and consumers. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape Europe-wide go-to-market execution with senior leadership. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to turn market insights into growth.

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for European Retail and COMAN across core, diversification, and new opportunities
• Protect and grow existing private label and COMAN customers in Europe
• Lead business planning, operating and growth plans, and resource allocation
• Pursue new private label opportunities with European retailers and new co-manufacturing partnerships
• Explore expansion into new geographies and adjacent categories
• Translate market, consumer, and regulatory trends into commercial actions
• Own European retail and COMAN portfolio to hit volume, revenue, profit, and market share targets
• Build executive relationships and lead long-term agreements, pricing, and partnerships
• Drive growth via portfolio optimization, innovation commercialization, and customer expansion
• Forecast, demand plan, and monitor customer performance
• Lead and develop Sales Directors and Key Account Managers; build capabilities and succession plans
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, customer-focused culture




• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Ru0026D, Quality, Sustainability, and Sourcing
• Influence portfolio decisions, innovation priorities, and capacity investments
• Align customer needs with sustainability, operations, and financial objectives
• Champion commercial excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage revenue, profitability, and investments across European markets; monitor and adjust actions as needed
• Oversee pricing governance, margin management, and risk mitigation
• Represent Schreiber externally to customers, industry groups, and partners; balance enterprise and customer priorities

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Business
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership in FMCG, preferably food manufacturing with B2B and private label exposure
• Experience leading multi-country commercial organizations and senior sales teams
• Proven track record managing large customer portfolios and complex negotiations
• History of delivering profitable growth and business transformation
• Experience in matrixed, international organizations
• Strong commercial and financial acumen: pricing, revenue and margin management, customer performance
• Fluent in English and Spanish; ability to build cross-market relationships
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 40%
• Preferred MBA or advanced qualification; French or Portuguese language skills
