Dost is a Barcelona-based fintech startup redefining how companies manage finances with AI. We’re seeking a Growth Marketing lead to own SEO/GEO, paid acquisition, partnerships, and events, driving measurable pipeline and growth as we scale to the UK and beyond.
You’ll work with a small, autonomous team, collaborate with Sales and founders, and use data to inform strategy and execution. Hybrid in-office with Fridays remote; central Barcelona office and fintech focus.
