In this role, you’ll work on core runtime functionality that underpins a resilient and decentralized blockchain ecosystem. You’ll design and implement cutting-edge protocols used by the network and by teams building applications on top of it. Accountabilities




- Design and implement cutting-edge protocols and core runtime functionality that support a decentralized blockchain ecosystem.
- Build and maintain foundational protocol components used by the network and by teams developing applications on top of it.
- Develop tooling, abstractions, and infrastructure that make it easier for developers to build reliable and innovative decentralized applications.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into effective solutions.
- Contribute to open-source development practices, including participating in peer reviews as both a reviewer and reviewee.
- Take ownership of technical initiatives, work autonomously, and remain accountable for project outcomes.
- Analyze complex systems and contribute to architectural and system design decisions.
- Communicate technical concepts and project outcomes clearly to both technical and broader audiences, including through written content and presentations.
