? What we look for?
We are looking for an Application Owner / Python Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical applications to be part of the project of the client from the banking sector.

? Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH),

? Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Act as the primary point of contact for an application which manages risk and control data, executes controls, and reports results.
Plan and manage throughout the application lifecycle, bridging the gap between business stakeholders,



development teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
Ensure that applications meet business requirements, comply with organizational standards, and deliver reliable services to end users.
Ensure that all environments follow internal security guidelines, audit requirements, and industry standards.
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned applications.
Manage application lifecycle, including enhancements, upgrades, and decommissioning.
Ensure application availability, performance, security, and compliance.

? What do we expect from you?
Linux-based application operations and deployment.
Strong Python development skills with Django.
Experience with SQL and enterprise databases (Oracle and Trino preferred).
Experience with background processing and caching technologies. Eg. (Celery and Redis.)
