We're building a new video platform and we're looking for a Product Designer / Product Engineer to help shape it. You'd be joining early enough to actually influence how the product works, not just style what's already been decided.
The team is in Argentina and we work async. You'd have a few hours of overlap with us and the rest of your day is yours. We'll figure out the exact rhythm together, it's versátil.
What you'll do
Define product workflows, user journeys and key use cases
Turn business needs into clear product requirements and features
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and product logic
Work closely with designers and engineers throughout development
Break features down into clear tasks for the team, together with the PM
Spot edge cases, usability issues and technical limitations




Test new features and make sure the whole workflow actually holds up
What we need
Fluent Russian and excellent English. You'll be talking to the client directly, so your English has to be good enough to run a call on your own
Real product thinking, not just UI. We care more about how you reason through a flow than how the screens look
A portfolio that shows logic and flows, not only final visuals
The setup
Freelance, around 3 months, likely to extend if it goes well
Fully remote and async
Start date is flexible. Could be next week, could be in a month. We'll give you notice
