CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER – BARCELONA

Are you passionate about the restaurant and hospitality industry and experienced in building strong, long-term customer relationships?
We're looking for talented Customer Success Managers to join a fast-growing international Hospitality Technology business supporting restaurants across European markets.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience within the restaurant industry and understand the challenges faced by restaurant owners, General Managers and operational teams.
? LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
Candidates must speak either:
?? German – Professional/Business Level
OR
?? French – Professional/Business Level
Fluency in additional European languages would be advantageous.
?️ THE ROLE
You'll manage and develop a portfolio of restaurant clients, helping them maximise the value they receive from the platform while building trusted, long-term relationships.
Depending on your experience and strengths, your focus may include Customer Retention or Upsell & Expansion.
What you'll be doing:




✔ Building strong relationships with restaurant owners, General Managers and key decision-makers
✔ Conducting regular customer check-ins and account reviews
✔ Monitoring customer satisfaction, product usage and account health
✔ Identifying customers at risk of churn and proactively resolving issues
✔ Helping restaurants maximise product adoption and value
✔ Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account expansion
✔ Demonstrating additional products, features and solutions
✔ Working closely with Product, Support, Sales and Operations teams
✔ Contributing to customer retention, satisfaction and recurring revenue growth
⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 2–4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Retention or Commercial Account Management, or Restaurant Management/leadership experince.
