ROLE: SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Hybrid or Remote | Valencia / Spain
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who knows how to keep clients happy, projects moving, and teams working together without making any of it feel harder than it needs to be.
You’ll be a key day-to-day partner for our clients and the link between strategy, creative, and production. You know what’s happening, what needs to happen next, and who needs to make it happen.
You’re confident enough to lead conversations,



experienced enough to spot problems before they become problems, and organized enough to keep multiple projects in the air at once.
This is a full-time role based in Valencia, with flexibility to work hybrid or fully remote from anywhere in Spain.

YOU WILL:
Build strong client relationships and become a trusted day-to-day partner.
Manage projects from brief to delivery, keeping budgets, timelines, feedback, and deliverables under control.
Turn client asks into clear briefs and actionable next steps for our teams.
Connect the dots between strategy, creative, production, and the client.
Keep communication flowing and make sure everyone knows what’s happening, ideally before they have to ask.
Present work confidently, manage feedback, and help keep great ideas great.
Spot opportunities to grow accounts and deepen client relationships.
Support senior leadership on bigger account conversations, planning, and pitches.
Help guide and support more junior
