The Role:

We are looking for a FP&A; Analyst who is not only experienced but also passionate about financial analysis, with high attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As Factorial continues to scale, this role will play a critical part in shaping our financial strategy, supporting business decisions, and improving processes.

The idóneo candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where finance a key Partner all over the company. We expect the FP&A; Analyst to help us in driving the change, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance business and financial strategies.

The candidate's main tasks will include:

Building financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.




Preparing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance and trends.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
Assisting in the creation of financial presentations for senior management.
Identifying areas for process improvement and automation in financial reporting and planning tools.

Requirements:

You are fluent in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
Experience working with fast-growing tech companies or in high-growth environments is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
