This role is focused on building and scaling a vibrant international community for a youth-oriented web series project. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with the goal of maximizing reach, engagement, and viewer retention. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the project's online presence, identifying viral trends, and ensuring content resonates with audiences in Europe, the US, and Asia.

Your expertise in content ideation, video editing, and analytics will be essential to drive growth and foster a unique, recognizable brand identity.

Deliverables

- Develop and implement a continuous content strategy tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Identify and create engaging short-form content ideas, trends, formats, and hooks for viral reach
- Edit and optimize video content, including pacing, subtitles, on-screen text, sound, and calls to action
- Schedule and publish content at optimal times to maximize audience engagement
- Build and nurture an international audience, leveraging language, subtitles, captions, and hashtags
- Analyze performance data to understand content success and inform future strategy

Requirements

- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for youth-focused or entertainment projects
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms, content formats, and audience behaviors
- Strong video editing skills and familiarity with relevant editing tools
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute viral content strategies
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize content and strategy
- Excellent command of English; Spanish language skills and experience with multilingual content are a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Portfolio of successful social media projects with quantifiable outcomes
