Asenium is looking for an experienced Acquisition Integration Program Manager to lead a complex post-merger integration programme for an international client.
This is a senior, hands-on position requiring strong experience in M&A; integration , programme governance and cross-functional delivery . You will work with business and corporate-function leaders across multiple geographies to translate the acquisition strategy into a structured and executable integration roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the post-merger integration strategy, roadmap and execution plan.
Lead a complex, multi-stream integration programme across business functions and geographies.
Establish the programme governance model, decision-making forums and reporting cadence.
Manage the integrated plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues and decisions.
Coordinate integration activities across Finance, HR, Legal, Workplace, Security and other corporate functions.
Translate acquisition objectives, synergy assumptions and integration priorities into actionable workstreams.
Challenge plans and decisions when they do not support the acquisition rationale or expected business outcomes.
Align senior stakeholders across multinational and matrixed organisations.
Support cultural integration, communication planning and organisational change.
Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, status reports and governance documentation.
Anticipate delivery risks, remove blockers and escalate critical decisions.
Ensure the integration approach remains pragmatic and adaptable as business priorities evolve.
Required Experience
Significant experience leading post-merger integration programmes across multiple functions and countries.
Proven delivery experience in complex, multi-stream programmes with tight deadlines.
Strong hands-on PMO expertise, including integrated planning, RAID management, dependencies,
KPIs and governance.
Experience with different integration models, including preservation, symbiosis, absorption and full transformation.
Experience with carve-outs and Transition Services Agreements is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of acquisition rationales, synergy cases and integration priorities.
Practical knowledge of corporate operating models and functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Workplace and Security.
Experience leading change management, stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
Strong track record in multinational, multicultural and matrixed organisations.
Professional fluency in English.
