Key Responsibilities:

- Own validation planning, progress tracking, reporting, and release readiness across product releases.
- Drive validation KPIs, dashboards, and weekly reporting to provide clear visibility of execution, quality, resources, risks, and schedule.
- Review requirements, define validation scenarios, create test cases, and maintain requirements-to-test traceability.
- Manage and continuously improve the test catalog, including coverage expansion and removal of obsolete tests.
- Monitor validation resources, execution backlog, schedule adherence, cycle time, test repetition, and overall resource utilization.
- Identify and proactively communicate risks, blockers, defects, and potential release delays alongside actionable mitigation plans.




- Provide clear, data-driven release readiness assessments at key project milestones.
- Represent SIQ in cross-functional forums, collaborating with R&D;, SWQA, Product, and QA teams through DRBs, PITs, sprint reviews, and demos.
- Drive continuous improvement in validation efficiency, test coverage, and execution quality.

Requirements:

- Min. 3 years of experience in software QA, validation, system integration, or quality engineering.
- Proven experience in test planning, test case design, execution tracking, and requirements traceability.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and KPI dashboarding skills (e.g., Jira Dashboards, Azure DevOps, or Power BI).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and software release processes.
- Strong stakeholder communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Experience in system integration (SIQ) or exposure to spatial data, reality capture, or 3D accuracy metrics (e.g., Accuracy X-Y-Z, UIR).
