Amazon's Global Procurement Organization is on a mission to transform how procurement works at Amazon scale. We build the technology that powers billions of dollars in purchasing decisions, and We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of technical solutions and programs focused on inventory management of non-inventory supplies across Amazon's general operations. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy — where your work directly influences how Amazon procures and manages supplies at scale.Drive architecture and design discussions, applying deep knowledge of AWS services and AI to evaluate trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, AI-driven and operationally sound.
- Lead integration efforts with existing software and hardware systems deployed across Amazon sites, independently resolving cross-team technical challenges and driving alignment across organizations.
- Schedule and pivot project plans as priorities shift, balancing short-term delivery needs against long-term strategic goals.
- Drive process improvements that increase the speed and quality of delivery across teams, streamlining mechanisms and eliminating unnecessary overhead.
