Experteer Overview
As a key driver of local car rental partnerships, you will identify, onboard, and grow supplier networks to strengthen supply, boost product competitiveness, and enable regional expansion. You’ll negotiate terms, manage day-to-day supplier relationships, and deliver data-driven insights to guide strategy. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to optimize integrations and tailor commercial solutions. This role offers the chance to shape the supplier landscape across markets and contribute to Trip.com Group’s global growth and trusted travel brands.

• Identify and onboard local car rental partners to expand supply coverage and support growth
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and renewals to secure favorable terms
• Manage ongoing supplier relationships and monitor KPIs (revenue, conversion, availability, pricing, content quality, CX)
• Analyze market trends, demand, and competition to uncover new partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Tech to improve supplier integrations and product offerings




• Prepare business reviews and present performance insights to management, aligning with regional/integral goals
• Drive continuous improvement through joint initiatives and cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business, Supply Chain, Management or related field
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or supplier management in car rental, OTA, mobility or related industries
• Strong knowledge of local car rental supplier landscape
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proactive with strong ownership and professional presentation skills
• Experience with API integrations
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
