What you'll do

You coordinate technical projects from sale to delivery. Every day you think about scope, progress and priority and communicate clearly about this with internal teams and clients.

- Managing digital projects: You guide the development of apps, websites, games and digital experiences from briefing to go-live — with an eye for impact on both users and clients.
- Working with tech teams: You collaborate daily with developers, creatives, strategists and clients to keep projects running smoothly.
- International communication: You use your fluent English and Spanish skills daily to connect with general clients, regional stakeholders, and international development teams.
- Integrations & implementations: You get energy from smart connections, technical workflows and implementing new technologies.
- AI-first workflows: You use AI tools to make processes smarter, raise quality and help teams work more efficiently. You think one step ahead.




- Quality & planning: You keep a grip on scope, budgets, deadlines and technical quality without slowing down innovation.
- Solving problems before they happen: You spot bottlenecks early and keep teams focused and in flow.

About you

- A love for technology: You get excited about digital products, new tools, AI, automation and technical innovation.
- Tech-minded: You don't need to be a developer, but you understand how digital products and technical processes work — and you recognise the role AI plays in the development process.
- Organisational talent: You maintain overview in complex projects with multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Strong communicator: You switch effortlessly between developers, designers, clients and management.
- Language skills: You are fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), allowing you to manage international projects and clients effortlessly.
- Ownership: You don't wait for instructions. You take responsibility and keep momentum high.
- Experience: You have experience as a project manager, producer or delivery manager within a digital, technical or agency environment.
