Experteer Overview
As a SMA II at ICON, you support clinical trial site management and monitoring to ensure protocol adherence and GCP compliance. You work with cross-functional teams to facilitate site needs and deliver timely, accurate data and reports. The role contributes to accelerating patient access to new medicines by maintaining high-quality trial conduct. This is a values-driven, collaborative environment where you mentor junior staff and help scale how sites are managed across studies.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research
• Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring with knowledge of GCP
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
