Join a high-velocity AI/ML team at Swiss Re to develop next-generation GenAI and ML solutions. You will work across retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, long-context LLM orchestration, and multi-modal integrations to deliver enterprise-grade systems. You’ll collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to turn ideas into scalable, secure, and explainable AI workflows. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, implement, and optimize GenAI pipelines across RAG, prompts, long-context handling, and multi-modal processing
• Prototype, validate, and deploy PoCs; mature successful patterns for production
• Build ingestion workflows with OCR, chunking, embeddings, and indexing into vector databases
• Embed GenAI services into critical business workflows with attention to scalability, compliance, latency, and observability
• Explore hybrid architectures combining RAG and context-native models with effective retrieval




• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to shape user-centric solutions and capture business context
• Deliver enterprise-grade, secure, compliant (GDPR), explainable, and resilient solutions

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience with GenAI techniques and LLMs, including RAG, long-context inference, prompt tuning, and multi-modal integration
• Strong hands-on Python skills, embedding models, and orchestration libraries (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents)
• MLOps practices: version control, CI/CD, model monitoring, and reproducibility
• Independent, iterative delivery with data-driven decision making
• Understanding of vector search optimization and retrieval tuning
