- You will provide inbound customer support via email, phone and live chat.

- Deal with a wide range of issues: from making sure that every tax return is completed correctly, to helping us manage the relationship with our accountant partners.

- No two problems are the same. You'll take full ownership of issues that you'll be empowered to resolve.

- You'll also get involved in projects to help us build a bigger, better business. And you'll provide insights and feedback to improve our processes and product.

- You'll help us analyse data in order to improve our product, service and offer.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills.

- Proficient in both Spanish and English. We are a German based company, therefore, many meetings will be conducted in English.

- Previous customer service experience.

- Passionate about technology and desire to understand our product inside out.

- Strong customer empathy, attention to detail and calm under pressure.

- A willingness to learn and progress.





- Problem solver and team player.
