Job responsibilities:

- - Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.

- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.

- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.

- Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
