We are seeking proactive and results-driven talents to support our general expansion by acquiring and managing high-quality users.This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting individuals into verified, active users in the project, while maintaining long-term engagement and performance.Key Responsibilities:Work with 500+ hot leads daily communicating in various channels (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram)Convert hot leads from marketing team into verified users, ensuring successful onboarding and activationBuild trust with potential users and guide them through the registration, verification, and initial setup flowsClearly communicate project’s value, benefits, and expectationsOptimize the onboarding journey by improving conversion rates and minimizing drop-offs across the funnelEnsure users are consistently contactable and responsive,
