As an IT Administrator you will configure, install, maintain, upgrade, monitor, troubleshoot, repair and optimize computer systems hardware and software. You will also ensure the overall effectiveness of components, and evaluate, recommend, and implement cost effective improvements that will increase utility, functionality, and/or effectiveness of said components.Your contributions will directly impact our EMEA business units and functions, as you work on developing and refining new and existing infrastructure.What would be your responsibilities?Installation, troubleshooting, operation, adjustment, support, monitoring and testing of x86/x64 servers (MS Windows) and our VMware® and Azure Cloud based virtualized environmentGeneral system monitoring and monitoring of system performance (i.e. with Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager)Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issuesEnsuring of availability and performance of all systems the team is responsible forSupporting different areas of IT Infrastructure across departmental bordersWorking closely on group wide IT initiativesAutonomous creation of concepts and documentations and setup of theseWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, an equivalent education or a long-standing experience in IT Infrastructure operationStrong hard- & software troubleshooting skillsProficient in MS operating systems,
