A leading data center developer is establishing a new France-based joint venture and is looking to appoint a Senior Financial Controller to lead the finance function through its next stage of growth.This is a senior, hands-on finance leadership role, working across French statutory requirements and international shareholder reporting.Key responsibilities:Own the end-to-end finance, accounting and reporting cycleLead monthly, quarterly and annual close and management reportingOversee French statutory accounts, tax, VAT and audit requirementsManage and govern an outsourced accounting service providerEstablish robust financial controls, governance and processesLead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial performance reportingSupport shareholder, Board and management reportingDrive finance systems,



automation and process improvementsDevelop the roadmap for potentially bringing finance operations in-house as the JV scalesWhat we’re looking for:10+ years’ progressive finance/accounting experience5+ years in a senior Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Head of Finance positionStrong experience across financial control, statutory reporting, tax and governanceStrong understanding of French accounting/statutory requirementsProfessional accounting qualification – CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, DSCG or equivalentFluent French and strong English communication skills preferredComfortable operating in a lean, start-up environment with significant ownership and autonomy#J-18808-Ljbffr
