Position Overview
Works as part of a team to provide day-to-day management of the property and its community including marketing, building maintenance and tenancy administration and promotes and maintains an excellent resident experience in order to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
The annual base salary for this role starts from €26,571 depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in on-site bonus programs.
Key Role Responsibilities
Works as part of a team to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Provides excellent front of house and customer service,
responding to queries and complaints.
Supports community events and maintains strong relationships with University clients.
Maintains local knowledge to support resident needs and enquiries.
Completes administrative tasks, including maintenance requests, notices, databases and purchase orders.
Supports marketing, viewings, leasing activities and sales conversions.
Assists with move-in/move-out processes and summer community preparations.
Supports Health & Safety compliance and participates in the on-call rota when required.
Follows rent collection procedures, promotes tenancy extensions and supports other revenue streams.
Ensures tenant refunds and utility-related processes are completed.
Knowledge & Qualifications
Good level of general education.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and legislation.
Experience & Skills
Essential
Excellent customer service and customer-facing experience.
Strong communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions when required.
Fluent English, both verbal and written.
Strong organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
Good numerical skills.
Flexible, adaptable and culturally aware.
Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience.
