In this Senior Data Business Analyst role, you will advance our strategic data integration initiative by shaping requirements and data feeds for a centralized reporting and analytics platform. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and security teams to ensure governance, data quality, and alignment with standards.

The position involves working with third-party providers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business needs. This is a chance to enable data-driven decision making across a multicultural, international context.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Gather and document business and data requirements for new and enhanced data feeds
- Define data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation needs
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture and Information Security to ensure governance and standards compliance
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams across the delivery lifecycle
- Support issue resolution during testing and validate data with SMEs
- Assist with comparison testing and dual-running between old and new data solutions




- Maintain data dictionaries and glossaries for accuracy and consistency
- Contribute to data quality assurance and reconciliation processes
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout projects

Responsabilidades

- 5-6+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-focused projects
- Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and data requirements
- Understanding of data extraction, reconciliation, and validation
- Experience with data integration, data warehouse, data platform, or reporting initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Experience supporting testing, defect management, and issue resolution
- Strong documentation skills including data dictionaries and process docs
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
