Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide contractual expertise across Europe for Hitachi Energy’s Business Transformers.

You will align contract management practices with BU strategy, support sales risk reviews, and defend the company’s contractual interests through a project lifecycle.

You’ll help quantify risk, manage changes, and ensure commercial execution.

The role blends legal insight with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment, contributing to energy transition initiatives.

• Coordinate with HUB Transformers Contract Management to standardize tools, processes and templates
• Support sales during risk review and help draft/negotiate agreements
• Identify contract baselines and potential risk areas across documents
• Defend Hitachi Energy's contractual interests through project life cycles and manage deviations
• Ensure timely execution of commercial aspects (payments, claims, variations, warranties, provisions, guarantees)




• Establish standard change methodologies to quantify time and compensation for contract changes
• Support Project Management during execution with risk mitigation and opportunity planning

Responsabilidades
• Law degree or related Master qualification
• 5 years of experience in contract management from tendering to execution
• Strong understanding of contract law and regional regulations
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Spanish (native level preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel as per business needs
