Experteer Overview
As Senior UX Designer in Player Value, you will shape experiences that boost motivation, progression, and long-term engagement for Candy Crush Saga among a global audience.

You will work with cross-functional partners to align player needs with product and business goals, driving design direction across complex systems.

You’ll design end-to-end experiences that connect player value with sustainable growth, balancing delight with business outcomes.

This role offers a meaningful chance to influence how players understand and experience in-game value at scale.

• Own UX strategy for Player Value across progression, rewards, streaks, challenges, onboarding, and engagement systems
• Lead discovery and problem framing for complex player-facing initiatives, turning insights into clear direction
• Design end-to-end experiences, from flows and prototypes to specs and content, ensuring quality through delivery




• Partner with Product, Game Design, UI, Art, Data, and Engineering to align teams on feasibility and design quality
• Ground decisions in evidence, collaborating with UX Research and Data to iterate and improve over time
• Advocate for the player experience and long-term design quality
