Join Sevensense by ABB as an experienced Robotic Applications Engineer within the Robotic Systems team to bridge product development and real-world deployments.

You’ll work across Sant Quirze del Vallès (Barcelona) and Zurich, collaborating with project, support, and Ru0026amp;D teams to diagnose field issues, improve performance, and validate new features.

You’ll contribute hands-on with robotic platforms and help drive customer success and product evolution.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide expert technical guidance during integration, commissioning and operation of deployed systems
• Investigate field issues and perform root-cause analysis with Ru0026D to deliver scalable solutions
• Develop tools and software adaptations to improve diagnostics and integration
• Collect and analyze field feedback to identify product gaps and drive development
• Work hands-on with robotic platforms to validate features and verify fixes




• Collaborate across project, support and customer-facing teams to ensure customer success

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of industrial experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or related fields
• Strong Python software engineering and debugging skills
• Experience with Linux-based systems and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with localization, mapping, navigation, perception, or AMRs
• Experience with ROS/ROS2
• Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, project, and customer-facing teams
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
