Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support Continental Europe DA operations, focusing on data mapping, bordereaux processing, and financial controls across MGA/TPA partnerships.

You’ll ensure data quality, manage bordereaux workflows, and assist in regulatory and audit processes, collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to enable timely, accurate processing.

You drive operational efficiency and risk controls in a dynamic insurance environment, with a strong emphasis on cross-team coordination and data-driven reporting.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Ensure timely uploads to the Bordereaux Management system and investigate data discrepancies
• Review data quality reports and ensure bordereaux accuracy; identify and resolve mapping errors
• Track and process premium/cash bordereaux with UW Operations; contact brokers for overdue/missing bordereaux
• Assist in ensuring service providers meet the Minimum Bordereaux Mapping standard
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on bordereaux data queries and map/approve bordereaux mappings




• Assist Credit Control/Financial Operations with premium allocation
• Produce portfolio reports on missing/overdue bordereaux and processing status
• Support regulatory and financial audit processes, including JSox controls

Responsabilidades
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with bordereaux processing and 3rd Party Bordereaux Data Management familiarity (Bindercloud a plus)
• College Graduated qualification
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power

Point)
• Strong written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional CE language (French, German, Italian or Spanish)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
