Business Development Representative (BDR)
to help accelerate our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across international B2B markets.
What youll do✅ Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, events, and networking.✅ Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business challenges.✅ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.✅ Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business teams.✅ Manage opportunities and customer interactions through CRM tools.
What were looking for✔
2–4 years of experience in BDR, SDR, Business Development, Inside Sales,



or similar roles.✔ Experience in B2B prospecting and demand generation.✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.✔ English C1 or above (mandatory).✔ Spanish and additional European languages are a plus.✔ Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
