As part of our growth, we are looking for a People Attraction Specialist (m/f/d) to give support to the recruitment area in P&C; department performing the following key tasks:

YOUR TASKS:

End-to-end recruitment process for all the companies within Nordex Group in Spain
Job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and drafting job offers
STAR method interviews and other recruiting methods to hire the best talented candidates
Drafting Job offers, negotiating conditions
Reporting the KPIs
Giving the support needed when participating in events and Fairs relative to employer branding or Job promotions

YOUR PROFILE:

University Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field
Master in Human Resources or similar will be a plus




5+ years of Seniority
Proficiency in English, German will be a plus
Office package is needed
SuccessFactors recruitment module is a plus
