In this role, you will contribute to global SAP S/4HANA deployments, shaping the future of our after-sales and service management processes across multiple countries. HeadlineCreating passion: your responsibilities
- Drive the successful implementation of SAP Service within our general S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP Service Management solutions (including configuration and customization), with a focus on service orders, service confirmation, service contracts, warranty management, service billing and resource related billings.




- Integrate SAP Services with external Field Service execution tools (e.g., ServiceMax or Microsoft Dynamics) covering technician scheduling and dispatch, mobile apps for field engineers, spare parts management in the field, etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.
- Contribute to change management activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and S/4HANA solutions
- Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Collaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth.
