Who you are
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, with a focus on SaaS products preferred
- Very strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools. Proficiency in Python or R for experimentation and causal analysis is required
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, geo-testing, or similar) and applying causal inference methods
- Hands-on experience integrating with ad platform APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar) and building or maintaining the data pipelines that feed from them
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining multi-touch attribution (MTA) models, and using causal inference methods to validate true channel impact against attribution output
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Extreme attention to detail and a high standard for analytical deliverables
- Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives




- Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with Git and version control practices
- Prior experience collaborating with senior marketing leadership
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta BS
