• Own the full project lifecycle - from kick-off and planning through execution, commissioning, and hand-over - ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Apply hands-on automation knowledge to coordinate technical teams, review engineering designs, and validate system performance during commissioning.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risk registers, and status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Spain and China engineering teams, ensuring seamless cross-cultural and cross-timezone collaboration.
• Travel regularly across Europe to customer manufacturing facilities to lead kick-offs, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and oversee commissioning activities.
• Manage logistics for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of automation equipment, coordinating with suppliers, freight partners, and customs authorities.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep expedited timelines on track.
