Partner Strategic Development Manager
to help us scale our strategic partnerships ecosystem to the next level. ?

You will be the key link between our most strategic partners and Factorial's internal teams — activating commercial networks, developing high-value relationships, and building a scalable engine for lead generation within our partner ecosystem.

This is a role for someone who thinks strategically, operates with autonomy, and knows how to turn a relationship into a growth lever. ?

THE ROLE ?

Partner Development & Strategy
- Design and execute quarterly business plans for each strategic partner.
- Define growth, activation, and pipeline generation objectives by partner and business unit.
- Identify and prioritize offices, management units, and segments based on their potential.
- Adapt commercial strategies to the needs and maturity of each partner's commercial structure.

Commercial Network Activation
- Increase the number of active commercial profiles within each partner.
- Design and execute activation initiatives to drive recurring lead generation.
