- This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be at the center of it all —supporting account strategy, driving proactive engagement, and influencing customer outcomes — ensuring everything you touch is data-informed, relationship-driven, and commercially aligned with our wider goals
- You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board
- Own and support the success of a high-value client portfolio
- Drive structured account planning and proactive engagement, identifying risks and expansion opportunities




- Manage executive-level stakeholders and complex multi-country setups
- Monitor account health and metrics, ensuring long-term growth and retention
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to resolve escalations and optimize the client experience
