As an Onboarding Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic marketing consultant for new business clients. The primary goal of the role is to help enterprises unlock growth through pay-per-click strategies, lower customer churn, and expand account value. Working within a fast-paced tech environment, you will work directly with key decision-makers to align advertising tools with their long-term commercial goals.

Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated onboarding partner to design, set up, and launch high-performing pay-per-click campaigns for new clients.
- Maintain high-touch phone consultation across your assigned portfolio to educate clients and spot expansion opportunities.
- Assess each client's unique commercial goals to build tailored, sustainable campaign structures.
- Log account activities and track communication history within the central CRM platform.
- Analyze campaign analytics regularly to deliver performance feedback and practical optimization strategies.
- Provide expert recommendations on integrating ads into broader marketing funnels,



including landing page improvements, audience setup, and creative testing.
- Gather regional market feedback and client input regarding product features to help inform internal product and marketing teams.

Role Requirements
- Languages: C1 or C2 German proficiency (fluent standard rather than strictly native) alongside solid professional English.
- Operational Capabilities: Proven skill in managing client accounts independently while maintaining clear records in CRM platforms.
- Outreach Approach: Comfort with phone-first communication to build client rapport and drive account retention.
- Technical Skills: Experience using AI tools in your daily work to analyze data and personalize outreach.
