We are looking for an
IT Category Manager
to join an international Procurement team and manage strat
egic sourcing initiatives across EMEA, with a strong focus on IT-related categories.

The role combines category management, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation and stakeholder management, offering the
opportunity to work closely with different business areas and countries across the region.

You will be joining a Procurement organization that is evolving and strengthening its strategic capabilities. This means you will not only manage sourcing projects and negotiations, but also contribute to developing category strategies, improving the supplier landscape and identifying opportunities for consolidation and long-term value creation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and develop IT and selected indirect categories across EMEA,



supporting the definition and implementation of category strategies.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including market analysis, RFI, RFP and RFQ processes, supplier evaluation and contract negotiations.
- Manage and develop relationships with strategic technology suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, cost optimization, risk reduction and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Legal, HR and other business functions to understand their needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Support stakeholders throughout supplier selection and negotiation processes, acting as a trusted Procurement partner.
- Analyze spend, supplier markets and technology trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of Procurement processes, governance and best practices across the organization.
