About the Opportunity

We are looking for a
Senior Agentic AI Engineer
to help shape and scale AI-powered engineering capabilities within an international technology environment.

This role combines
hands-on engineering, agentic AI, software architecture and technical leadership
. You’ll work on production-ready AI systems and help define how AI is embedded into engineering workflows, while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, observable and measurable.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the architecture and delivery of AI and agentic systems across engineering and commerce platforms.
- Design production-ready agentic architectures, including
planning, memory, recovery and safety mechanisms
.
- Drive AI-powered SDLC initiatives across coding, testing, code review and release processes.
- Build reusable




MCP-based capability layers
to enable AI adoption across engineering teams.
- Own
context engineering
, including grounding, retrieval, memory and evaluation.
- Design observability, governance and guardrails for production LLM integrations.
- Work closely with engineering, product, platform, security and data teams.
- Act as a technical lead for complex AI initiatives and key architectural decisions.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
, ideally working with distributed systems.
- Strong experience with
microservices and event-driven architectures
.
- Strong programming experience with
Java, Python, JavaScript or Kotlin
.
- Hands-on production experience integrating
LLMs
such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock.
- Strong understanding of
RAG, embeddings, information retrieval and vector databases
.
- Experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD
.
