These roles aren't just about writing scripts; they are about architecting the backbone of our quality assurance process. You will build robust, scalable automation frameworks from the ground up to support our diverse ecosystem of Apps. As a Mid-Senior specialist, you possess the technical maturity to choose the right tool for the job, the coding discipline to maintain clean repositories, and the foresight to build for long-term stability rather than short-term fixes.

Responsibilities:
Core Objectives & Responsibilities
- Framework Architecture from Scratch
- Design and implement modular, reusable automation frameworks for Mobile.
- Ensure the "backbone" of the framework supports parallel execution, detailed reporting, and easy maintenance.
- Cross-Platform Coverage
- Build end-to-end flows that span across our mobile applications.




- Optimize mobile testing using Maestro for fast UI flows and Appium for complex hardware interactions.
- Process Integration
- Shift-left testing by integrating automated suites into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Establish standards for automated code reviews and documentation.
- Strategic Enhancement
- Audit existing manual processes and identify high-value candidates for automation.
- Continuously research and implement new plugins or tools to improve execution speed and reliability (flakiness reduction).

Must have:
- Mobile Automation: Appium (Cross-platform), Maestro (Declarative/Native-feel).
- Languages: Primary proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript
- CI/CD: Integration with tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, FastLane
- API Testing: Postman, RestAssured, and Playwright’s native API testing capabilities.

Nice to have:
- Web Automation: Selenium (Legacy/Stable), Playwright (Modern/High-speed).
