We’re hiring a
hands-on Test Lead
for a major ERP and billing transformation programme with a leading European digital business. This is an initial
6-month contract
, starting
September 2026
, with the potential for extension.

Location:
Spain (Barcelona preferred)

Working pattern:
Primarily remote, with
quarterly travel to Barcelona for 2–3 nights
(all travel expenses covered).

We’re looking for someone with strong
enterprise integration and end-to-end testing experience
, who is comfortable working across complex multi-system environments. Experience with
Salesforce, Zuora, Boomi or NetSuite
is beneficial, but strong integration testing capability is the priority.

You’ll bring:
- Test Lead / Senior Test Lead experience on complex transformation programmes
- Hands-on
system, integration and E2E testing




experience
- Strong understanding of
APIs, interfaces, middleware and data flows
- Experience coordinating distributed testing teams and managing defect triage
- Data validation and reconciliation experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and Spanish
(German highly desirable)

This is a technically credible leadership role rather than a governance-only Test Manager position. You’ll own the testing workstream and work closely with business, technical and delivery teams across Spain and Germany.
