Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end Salesforce CRM roadmap across multiple enterprise programs, including CRM Consolidation, Customer 360, Entitlements, Sales Compensation, Master Data Management, and Salesforce platform initiatives.

The adecuado candidate will define product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, PRDs, and business outcomes while working with executive leadership, architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders globally.

Mandatory Experience:
- 9-12+ years Product Management experience
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce ecosystem experience
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Lead-to-Cash process expertise
- CRM Transformation programs
- Product roadmap ownership
- PRD creation and prioritization frameworks
- Executive stakeholder management
- Enterprise SaaS environment
