Service Digital Integration Solution Engineer
, you will be at the heart of that work — designing, deploying, and supporting the systems that keep critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Design & Propose

Design technical solutions for EPMS, DCIM, and PSA projects across EMEA — system architecture, topology drawings, hardware BOMs, project schedules,



and detailed proposal documentation (budgetary and binding).

Implement & Deploy

Implement and deploy power management and mission-critical monitoring systems (Brightlayer, Foreseer, Power Xpert, PowerNet, next-gen platforms) as well as EPMS, SCADA, and Energy Management solutions across data centres, industrial sites, and commercial buildings.

Define deployment methodology — work method statements, validation criteria — and coordinate site execution by local teams, third parties, or directly.

Support & Consult

Own L3 software support escalated from the central technical support team; provide applied engineering consultation on system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, and training.

Collaborate & Standardise

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering to manage scope variations, flag technical risks, propose mitigations, and deliver on time.

Produce and validate engineering documentation
