About This Role

As a Lead Software Engineer for our Digital Payments Team, you will lead a team of engineers to build and scale systems that move money reliably, securely, and at high volume. You will own key integrations with payment vendors globally, leading projects end-to-end from technical design through delivery. You will drive cross-functional conversations while coordinating across engineering, product,



and external partners to ship new payment initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of key initiatives while guiding the team on best engineering practices.
- Develop and support .NET Core and .NET Framework REST APIs and Microservices.
- Write clean and scalable code using standard software design patterns and best practices.
- Mentor and develop your team, promoting continuous improvement and quality delivery.
- Design and integrate third-party services into our application to support business needs.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and developers to meet project deadlines.
- Analyze opportunities for improvements in our application and process flow.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and a delivery plan.
