As the business continues to grow rapidly, they are looking for a Sr Manager, Global Demand Planning to lead and develop their global demand planning capability from their Madrid office.

This role will be responsible for driving forecasting excellence, strengthening Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), and partnering with senior stakeholders to support strategic business decisions across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial and Finance.

Role Overview

As the Senior Manager, Global Demand Planning, you will be responsible for leading the organisation’s general demand planning function, establishing the processes,



governance and analytical framework that support accurate forecasting and effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;).

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial and Finance, you will translate commercial demand into actionable planning insights, enabling the business to make informed strategic decisions while balancing demand, capacity and operational performance across multiple regions.

This is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for driving planning excellence, improving forecasting accuracy and leading a global team.
