Role Description

Gazelle Immigration Group is looking for a
Marketing Manager
to join our team part-time in Barcelona.

This is an in-person, hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working across social media, content creation, SEO, website management, design, paid social, and broader marketing initiatives. You’ll take ownership of Gazelle’s day-to-day marketing activity while also identifying new opportunities to strengthen our digital presence, grow organic visibility,



and keep our brand consistent across channels.

You’ll also occasionally manage a marketing intern, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable planning workloads, assigning deliverables, reviewing work, and providing clear direction and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish weekly content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Build and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Identify content gaps and new opportunities through competitor research, industry trends, and performance insights.
- Create engaging, visually strong social content using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Maintain Gazelle’s existing visual identity while bringing new ideas and creative approaches to the brand when appropriate.
- Create marketing materials as needed, including partner materials, one-pagers, brochures, presentations, proposals, and other collateral.
- Write and publish blog content to support Gaze
