Who are we looking for?

FOSSA is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead the company's marketing function, strengthening our brand, market presence, and commercial narrative across the space, IoT, and defence sectors we operate in.

This role owns marketing strategy end-to-end, from brand and content to campaigns, events, and go-to-market positioning, working closely with the commercial team to align marketing output with business priorities.

Responsibilities




- Define and execute FOSSA's overall marketing strategy across corporate brand and institutional/defence positioning.
- Lead content creation and messaging, website, technical/commercial collateral, case studies, social media, and press.
- Plan and manage FOSSA's presence at industry events and exhibitions, including stand design, materials, and campaign support.
- Ensure marketing initiatives directly support pipeline generation and deal support.
- Support the development and mentorship of the broader marketing team.
- Own external communications and PR, including managing media relationships and coordinating announcements (launches, partnerships, milestones).
- Develop and maintain FOSSA's visual identity and brand consistency across all materials.
- Track marketing performance and adjust strategy based on results (web traffic, lead generation, event ROI, brand engagement).
