Job Description
As the first dedicated go-to-market hire, you will build and own Metly.ai’s entire commercial motion from the ground up. You will manage full-cycle deals from mid-market to enterprise pharma accounts, create the foundational sales playbook, and work directly with the founders to define our category-leading market presence and drive industry-wide adoption.

What You Will Do
- Execute full-cycle sales end-to-end, moving from initial prospecting and consultative discovery in mid-market pharma to closing complex enterprise-level agreements.
- Establish the commercial foundation by building CRM systems, pipeline tracking, and first-edition sales playbooks to enable future team scaling.
