Full Remote Position
We are expanding our international sales team and looking for an experienced Sales Executive to manage customers and qualified leads from the German and UK markets.
This is not a basic telemarketing position. We are looking for a real sales professional who can understand customers’ needs, build trust, manage objections and confidently guide prospects through to the final purchase.
Main responsibilities
Manage qualified inbound leads from Germany and the United Kingdom.
Contact potential customers by telephone, email and online channels.
Understand each customer’s requirements and recommend the most suitable product.
Provide professional and accurate commercial advice.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Close sales and accurately record all activity in the company CRM.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects until a final decision is reached.
Essential requirements
Native or near-native German.
Fluent English.
Previous experience in sales, consultative selling or commercial closing.




Strong telephone communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and explain technical or high-value products clearly.
Results-oriented approach and confidence in closing sales.
Good organisational skills and experience working with CRM systems.
Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote-working environment.
Experience selling high-value products, home-improvement products, hot tubs, bathroom equipment or similar products will be considered an advantage.
How we work
We do not rely on cold calling. Our sales team works primarily with qualified inbound leads: customers who have already contacted the company or requested information about our products.
The sales process is consultative. The objective is to identify the customer’s needs, provide the correct information, generate confidence and accompany them through to the purchase.
