Responsibilities
- Manage customer support processes and be responsible for achieving customer service KPI;
- Distribute customer cases among specialists, taking into account workload and priorities;
- Monitor compliance with service quality standards;




- Analyze complex customer situations and find solutions;
- Check the completeness of customer documents before submission;
- Monitor compliance with deadlines for fulfilling obligations to customers;
- Interact with contractors and related teams.
- Develop and update regulations, instructions, checklists, and the knowledge base;
- Implement a system for regular auditing of consultations and correspondence;
- Organize the adaptation of new employees and product training;
- Analyze the causes of errors, failures, and bottlenecks in processes;
- Prepare monthly analytics on the performance of customer service;
- Propose solutions for automating processes and improving service quality.
