ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across a Frontline product portfolio, acting as the central coordination point between Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and customer-facing teams. You will define and improve release governance, optimize branching and versioning strategies, manage release risks and dependencies, and drive improvements in deployment automation and CI/CD processes. The role requires 4+ years of release management experience in large-scale enterprise SaaS or cloud-native software environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products.




- Coordinate release planning, release candidates, production deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases.
- Define and improve release management processes, standards, and governance.
- Optimize branching, merging, and versioning strategies.
- Partner closely with Team Leads, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure release readiness.
- Manage release risks, dependencies, and cross-team communication.
- Drive improvements in deployment automation, CI/CD processes, and release reliability.
- Maintain release documentation, deployment runbooks, and rollback procedures.
- Monitor release metrics and continuously improve release quality, predictability, and efficiency.
- Serve as the accountable owner of the Frontline release management function.
