Who Are We Looking For?
Are you passionate about wine and fine dining?
As a Sommelier, you will be part of a highly professional front-of-house team and will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience through your knowledge, selection, and service of wines and other beverages.
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for wine, strong gastronomic awareness, excellent communication skills, and a clear guest-oriented approach.



You should also be able to work with precision and discretion in a demanding fine-dining environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise guests and customers on wine and beverage selections according to their preferences and the restaurant's gastronomic offering.
- Present the wine list and provide personalized recommendations.
- Perform wine service according to fine-dining standards.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the wine list, including references, regions, grape varieties, producers, and vintages.
- Stay up to date with wine trends, emerging producers, and relevant new references.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to create appropriate wine and food pairings.
- Participate in the development and updating of the restaurant's wine and beverage offering.
- Ensure the correct storage, conservation, and organization of wines.
- Monitor stock levels, inventories, and product rotation.
